Tell
us briefly about the environment the pup will be going into. ie
children,
live alone, apartment or house etc.
Pricing, please give us a call or email. Pups that are a
little older are individually priced. Just because a pup is a little
older does not mean there is something wrong with him/her. It is actually
easier to train for potty and obedience after the infant stage. They can
hold potty longer and have a longer attention span.A
250.00 non refundable deposit is required to reserve a pup once they are
born to hold until it is time for their new home, payable by check or
PayPal. You may place a
non refundable deposit of 50.00 to Get On Our Waiting List. This
deposit will keep rolling over to the next litters if there were not enough
pups born.Burz's
does not show their pups until they are 7 weeks of age but will email
or
post photos of the litter at a young age and updated regularly as they
grow. Puppies
will be picked in the order that the deposit was received. You do have
the option of choosing from a photograph when they become available. Otherwise
picks
generally start at 7 weeks in person. More than likely you will be able
to take your pup home with you. Burzs reserves the right to first pick
of any litter.Photos of the
litter will be sent out to customers who have deposits first. Once picked
you will be updated at least bi monthly with photos and progress of your
puppy.
All
pups will have at least their first 5 way vaccine, wormed, tail
docked and dew claws removed before they are ready to go to a new home.
Our dogs are
all
registered with the National Rat Terrier Association and you will
receive
papers, shot record, a small bag of food to make the transition to a
food
of your choice, and a
Sales Guarantee at the time of pickup. If
you like we will be more than happy to try and choose a puppy for you
once
we understand what type of temperament you are looking for and what
personality
you are seeking or would fit into your particular living situation. The
pup needs to be at least 5 weeks of age for us to start understanding
his/her
temperament. We can do our best to give you a good idea of the general
personality before then. But please remember that training yourself is
an extremely important part of a pup growing up to fit into your
particular
living situation. Once your deposit
is placed we will email you some documents about Potty Training, Puppy
Development and other goodies to help you prepare for your new
arrival.
We are always available for any questions that you may have through out
the process. We
try to schedule our people on the same day spaced 1 hour apart from
each
other when it is time to choose and pickup their pups. These
appointments
are only in the afternoon. You
